1. It is an automated fully automatic wire processing machine with multi-function wire cutting, stripping, crimping, sleeve insertion, and twisting tinning.
2. Adopt high-quality servo motor and V stripping blades for the machine processing precisely, processing wire range from AWG24#~AWG14#.
3. Length of wire cutting& stripping and depth of wire cutting& stripping can be adjusted on the touch screen, convenient& simple operation.
4. All required parameters such as wire feeding speed, cutting length, stripping length, and crimping depth can be set and saved in the
LCD touchscreen, easy operation.
5. Integrated detecting function, can detect wire exit or not, terminal exists or not, wire knot, crimping and air pressure, etc.
6. Decreased set-up time and increased effective performance, therefore, overall productivity is increased and processing can be finished in less time.
7. it can be equipped with CFM(crimping force monitor) to control the crimping force during the processing and keep the finished products of high quality.
