Full automatic heat shrink tube inserting and twisting tinning crimping machine
1. It is a fully automatic wire processing machine for wire cutting, stripping, one side twisting tinning, and another side
terminal crimping and wearing the shrink tube, pulling off it, and heating it in the required position.
2. With a large processing wire range from AWG24# to AWG12#, All setting and adjustment procedures can be controlled from the LCD touchscreen.
3. One machine can crimp different terminals just change the crimping die, flexibility and change over time are short.
4. Integrated detector system, detect whether there is wire, whether there is terminal, whether there is air pressure, bad crimping, and tube
